Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped, or if the product does not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

How to Start a Return:Submit your request via our Contact Us page or email findyourfit@glovebay.com.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs:
For defective/incorrect items: Glove Bay covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.

For customer remorse (e.g., does not meet expectations/change of mind): The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Refund Processing:
Once the item is inspected and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
